  Westgate Village in Malvern is a great community with excellent maintenance and very responsive staff. The maintenance team always takes care of requests quickly and professionally, which makes day-to-day living very comfortable. The office team is also wonderful. Andrea is extremely polite, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever I need anything. Her manager, Kristin, is equally supportive and ensures everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. Westgate Village provides a pleasant and well-maintained living experience, and I truly appreciate how attentive and professional the entire team is.

  We leaved in westgate from 12/2013 to 11/2023 it’s exact a-decade, time flied off just like that. It’s a great community, friendly people, prompt and caring management especial recognition to Andrea and Kristin and all maintenance people who are soft spoken and talented.

  I lived here for over 9 years. The property is very well managed and I had an hassle free experience throughout. The maintenance team is very prompt and management team is very responsive. I recommend it highly.

  The office staff is very good and helpful, Andrea made my moving experience very smooth and simple. The maintenance staff is very quick and efficient, Will was helping me to fix few things, he was very detailed and understood my issues well. I would recommend Westgate to people who prefer to live in quiet, safe and friendly environment.
