  I live here now and Im paying way too much for a regular apartment. NONE of my amenities are new, the apartment wasn’t even cleaned right when we moved in. I was shown a different apartment that looks nothing like the apartment we got. Over 2400 a month, I guess I’m paying for the school district

  They say they will take care of something and they don’t do it, you pay for snow removal and they don’t do it and leave piles of snow in the walkway and on the stairs to the building. Absolutely ridiculous!

  BUYER BEWARE!!! I must to recommend that you avoid moving here at all costs. Management is despicable, maintenance is not much better. Plus, residents are mostly loud, messy, disrespectful college-aged people. If you are looking for a peaceful living space and can afford to live literally anywhere else, you should do so. Don't be fooled by the location, low monthly rent, or whatever management may say to persuade you to move in; you are bound to be disappointed in the end and it's not worth the stress or poor quality of living. I've never left a negative comment about any business online, but I had to make an exception in this case to in hopes of helping decent people avoid the frustration that I've experienced in my 12 months living here. LOOK ELSEWHERE!! Nobody deserves the living conditions that management forces people to deal with at Frazer Crossing.

  I really want to give -5 out of 5 but there is no option. There is always some maintenance going on for either electric,water,heater or laundry machine without notification .. Heat stops working middle of night in winter days..
