  Sydney Bowers was truly a gift from God when it came to our finding a realtor. Her grandfather gave me her card and I did research on area realtors. My first thought was she looks so young! I prayed about it and got up the next morning to call Sydney! I knew she was an answer to prayer right away! We were selling my childhood home while living in Texas. Sydney agreed to meet with us when we arrived in October and she continually went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us with whatever was needed. She checked on the house every week since we were not there. She was there the day people picked up items that were purchased through the estate sale. We could not have been happier with the level of service we received from Sydney. If you need a good, caring realtor call Sydney! We thank her from the bottom of our heart!

  Wow! doesn’t begin to describe our experience with Theresa Mead and Cowanesque Lake Reality. How would you describe a person you can trust in the most vulnerable parts of the home buying process. Someone transparent and isn’t afraid to say “I don’t know, but I’ll get the answer”. Someone not afraid to say “that might not be the best option for you” when your heart leads you one way and your mind another. Someone who steps in as your therapist when your anxiety has overwhelmed you. All we can say is we are better and happier people for knowing her. She knows the business inside and out. She stayed rock solid when it felt the whole deal was falling apart. She gave accurate information so we could make informed decisions. She made the tough conversations with the right people at the right time… and laid the most beautiful home at our feet for a lifetime of enjoyment. Does she walk on water? We think so. Get to know her and make up your own mind.
