Indigo 301 removed the 1-star review I originally posted on February 28, 2026 (screenshot attached for reference).
Living here was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. The building is frequently dirty, packages are often left unsecured and scattered throughout the lobby—sometimes even right by the front door where anyone walking by could easily take them—and the staff is unhelpful.
My roommate and I received our lease renewal offer 64 days before our lease expiration, while the lease requires 60 days’ notice if you plan to renew or vacate. The lease clearly states that if 60 days’ notice is not given, tenants would be charged one additional month at the current rental rate. We were fully prepared to accept that cost if necessary while deciding our next steps.
Because this was the cheapest option in the area, we had to seriously consider whether we wanted to stay. Ultimately, we decided that paying more elsewhere would be worth avoiding another year here. However, when we informed management of our decision, we were told that our rent would nearly double for an additional month and a half past our lease expiration date, which directly contradicts the terms outlined in our executed lease agreement.
We attempted to resolve the situation by speaking with multiple employees and managers and even escalated the matter to Greystar corporate. Unfortunately, every person we spoke with pointed to a different section of the lease to justify their position. When we referenced the lease language verbatim, the responses often involved reinterpreting or twisting the wording in ways that clearly benefited management rather than honoring the agreement as written.
If you are considering living here, we strongly advise against it. We deeply regret signing a lease at Indigo 301 and are now dealing with the financial consequences of that decision.
If this review is removed again, I have saved a copy and will continue reposting it so prospective residents can be aware of our experience.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
Living here was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. The property is dirty, there was a substance leaking in my bathroom ceiling, the mail room is a complete disaster with mail and packages thrown everywhere (many times placed at the front door for anyone to walk by and grab), and management is unhelpful.
We received our lease renewal 64 days before our lease ended, but were required to give 60 days’ notice if we planned to move out. That gave us only four days to make a major decision. Because this was the cheapest option in the area, we had to seriously consider whether we wanted to leave.
Ultimately, we decided it was worth paying more elsewhere rather than continue living here. According to our lease, if we failed to provide 60 days’ notice, we would owe one additional month of rent at our current rate. We understood that and were prepared to pay it.
The lease renewal paperwork stated that if we did not notify them prior to lease expiration, our rent would increase to nearly double the amount. We notified them weeks in advance that we would not be renewing. Despite this, we were told our rent would be raised to that nearly doubled rate and that we would owe that increased amount through March 15.
This directly contradicts what was outlined in the lease documents. When we tried to resolve the issue, we spoke with multiple managers at Indigo 301 and even escalated to Greystar management, but no one provided a resolution. Each person we spoke with pointed to a different section of the lease to justify the charges. Every time we referenced the lease verbatim, they shifted to another clause. The sections they cited either contradicted the lease as a whole or did not clearly support what they were claiming. While we were reading the lease word-for-word, management continued to reinterpret and stretch the language in ways that only benefited them.
We deeply regret moving here and are now dealing with the financial consequences because of how this was managed. If you are considering living here, we strongly advise looking elsewhere.

We lived at Indigo 301 for a year after downsizing from our family home and were very happy with our decision to do so. It is in a very convenient location with several good walkable restaurants, Wegmans, and other shopping and service establishments, and is a very short ride to the King of Prussia mall. We looked at several apartment complexes and rental options in the KoP Town Center aera and felt that Indigo 301 was the best combination of value and meeting our needs, and are not unhappy with that decision.
The staff there was very helpful when we had an issue or question, particularly the maintenance team (esp Matt) and the front office. The apartment was in good shape when we moved in and while it was a bit of a shock to go from a single family house to a 2 bedroom apartment, we found that it had sufficient space for our needs, especially with the ability to rent a convenient storage space in the building. The amenities were generally good, especially the gym, and they seem to keep trying to upgrade the utility of the common areas.
There are always nits to pick anywhere you live, especially in such proximity to other people, such as the occasional confusion about where deliveries might be stored, but those things always worked out and were not serious enough to detract from our overall experience.
For anyone in need of an apartment in that area, we would recommend Indigo 301 as a very good option.
I enjoy residing at Indigo 301 and the office staff is great!!!

I moved into Indigo 301 this past August, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly convenient. The management team has been very helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making residents feel at home from day one.
I’m extremely satisfied with my decision to move here and would highly recommend Indigo 301 to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run place to reside in KOP.
