  My husband Bob and I have lived at Canvas Valley Forge for almost three years! We have enjoyed every minute of it. The staff and residents are very welcoming and they are kind and considerate. Gloria, the activities director, Barbara the Concierge and Eileen the leasing agent are the best of the best. They cannot do enough for you!! It is so nice to know that we are in a safe, and well maintained environment and the only thing we have to worry about is our own apartment. If we need anything or have any questions the staff is right there to help. Keep up the good work! It’s been a pleasure knowing everyone and living at Canvas. Sincerely, Carol Furman

  As an active adult wanting to maintain independent living in a thriving community that provided a vibrant, engaging, and culturally diverse environment, Randy Geouque and Karel Gadsden gave tours that not only focused on the customary square footage, luxury finishes, and amenities, both provided tours that addressed the real important considerations of living in a 55+ community. Both Randy Geouque and Karel Gadsden remained directly engaged in the touring process and were extremely knowledgeable about resident needs, community operations, and long-term living considerations specific to 55+ environments. Their hands-on involvement demonstrated a strong leadership culture and an organizational commitment to staying closely connected to the resident experience. Randy Geouque's level of executive engagement is uncommon and contributed meaningfully to the confidence and trust established during the decision-making process based on long-term comfort. His conversations included thoughtful discussions and were genuinely resident-focused. The presence of leadership at this level contributed meaningfully to trust, transparency, and a strong sense that a resident's well-being is a priority not only at the community level, but throughout the Allure Lifestyle Communities that provides quality housing nationwide. What is most inspiring is that Randy Geouque and Karel Gadsden also offered future opportunities to transfer helping to make residents envision not just moving in but truly belonging at Canvas. The numerous tours and encouragement helped to facilitate the difficult decisions that many 55+ residents encounter (downsizing from large homes, moving from family-centered environments, and losing neighborhood relationships).   I said it before and I’ll say it again…I exchanged a "house" for a "home". The carefree style that the Canvas team has created, has left me to enjoy all that life has to offer. My friends and I have described our experience living here as a never-ending vacation. The new Allure team has stepped up to the plate making life at Canvas even better.

  I have lived at Canvas VF for 6 months and I really am glad I made the decision to move here. I can walk to restaurants, and stores - including Wegmans! The amenities Canvas offers are great - I just need more time to take part in them. The building and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. And last - the staff - including Brian, Rebecca and John are always there to help when needed.

  People that work here are polite, helpful and caring. Continental breakfast is a nice way to start the day and meet other residents. There are many facilities and social programs to choose from. I'm very happy here
