The generic welcome document they provided to our realtor states moving in requests a $500 deposit and scheduling, but neither my husband nor I can reach Mid-Atlantic. We’ve been calling and emailing multiple times with no success. (The email address listed in the welcome document is a non-monitored email, so what’s the point?) For such a high HOA (over $600/momth), this kind of non-existent customer service is unacceptable. I can’t sign up for TownSquare nor LuxerOne probably due to Mid-Atlantic hasn’t put my info on file—but they are clearly aware of the transition as the lender had to obtain documents from Mid-Atlantic.
