Within just the first couple of years, we faced a long list of issues that no new homeowner should ever have to deal with: a leaking roof, leaking heater, broken garage spring, and poor insulation/draft problems throughout the house. What makes it worse is that none of these were covered under their warranty, which honestly feels like a complete joke. You expect a builder of this size to stand behind their work, but instead you’re left paying out of pocket for problems that stem from poor construction quality and lack of proper inspection. NV Homes needs to take accountability and seriously rethink how they build and support their homes. Hopefully someday they will improve their quality so future homeowners don’t end up feeling ripped off the way we did.

Was actually looking for an over 55 that allowed fence in backyards for my dogs. I can go on and on about the things in this community that I love. Love the fact that other houses are not backed up next to me we have nothing but open space. This Builder-does Not nickel and dime you like Toll bros or some of the other big builders. Holly and Valarie are terrific to work with could not be happier so far with my experience
