- BBBlizzyOct 28, 20252.0I’ve called this place home for 4+ years. It’s been a blessing to live here. Especially recently because I was in an accident and lost my job. But with the assistance program, I got to stay in my house. Whenever I was in the hospital, my storage unit got broken into and over $400 worth of stuff was stolen and management said the cameras didn’t work. But they do work because they wrote me up before for something that happened in the hallway ON CAMERA! My downstairs neighbor smokes inside nonstop and my apartment stinks of cigarettes and I can’t have that due too lung issues. That’s been going on more than a few months now but got really bad whenever I was in the hospital because I didn’t have anything to cover the smell. The people here are very crappy. Nobody knows respect. There has been glass and trash on the sidewalk multiple times. And everybody likes to prop the door open here. Making it feel real safe. Maintenance is allowed to walk into your apartment whenever. And best case scenario, they give you a one day warning. Other than all of that, they keep the place looking nice. And the maintenance are really friendly.
- BBBrandonMar 12, 20251.0I would not live here. I have been trying to leave bc all he does is lie. He claims he is here Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm. There are times he doesn't come in all week long and takes forever to answer the phone due to this. He even yelled at me and my room mate for fighting at 2 pm when there is screaming past 11pm and he refuses to do anything. Cops do not respond for nuisance, they just tell you contact your landlord when he doesn't do anything. If I could I would put a 0!
