- RHrodell hunterJan 22, 20261.0Not worth the price. The gym is trash consisting of only three workout machines and the size of a bathroom. The tennis court not leveled, the pool is small and has a lot of restrictions. The list goes on and for the price they're asking for, it's definitely not worth it. The tow truck companies stalk the parking lot for your visitors.

Maintenance was always very helpful in fixing things, management was great to work with, and neighbors were quiet and nice. My only complaint is the noise: You can hear every footstep from the creaking floor above you and the AC/heating unit is so loud it could possibly be damaging to hearing. I got used to those after awhile and so my experience was great overall.
