  It's a great place to live. We are well taken care of. I was thrilled when the office arranged for a pharmacist and assistant to give us all the vaccine shots and booster. Daily events you can join if you wish. The grounds are well taken care of. The maintenance crew are great. We have a monthly newsletter to keep us informed. The Pheasant Hill Estate team do a wonderful job. It's close to everything. I love it here.

  I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ALMOST 28 YEARS . I T HAS BEEN A VERY WONDERFUL PLACE . THE PEOPLE LIVING HERE HAVE BECOME BY FRIENDS. I HAVE LOST ALOT OF FRIENDS OVER THE YEARS . THE EMPLYEE WERE VERY NICE . I ONCE DID A LOT OF THINGS FROM CRAFTS , HELPED WITH MEAL ON WHEELS , AND OTHER THINGS, WAS IN THE CHORUS , HELPED WITH DIFFERENT PARTIES AND ETC . I NOW DO NOT HELP WITH NOTHING .

  Amery and others who has complaints about visitors... I've visit there many times to various residents and census is: 1. They have NO young ones visiting 2. They forgot how it was as a child. 3. Kids today are busy, sitting too long they feel they are being punished due to time out. Hold your breathe residents their leaving shortly. Thank you Amery and residents, we hear and will try to be more considerate of your feelings, it is your home.

  this is suppose to be a senior citizen community but people are allowed to baby sit their grandkids and they run over top of my head and the management does not do anything about it and the tenants get mad when you ask them to control the kids.
