  If you’re looking in the Summerfield area, choosing Ryan Homes has been a great experience so far. Even though the process isn’t finished yet, everything up to this point has been smooth, professional, and well organized. The homes in the Summerfield community are beautifully designed with thoughtful layouts and great attention to detail, and it’s exciting watching everything come together step by step. A big reason the experience has been so positive is because of the team involved. Yvette Woods has been amazing throughout the process. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions and make sure everything is clearly explained. She truly makes you feel comfortable and confident during a big decision like building a home. Also, Cameron, our loan specialist, has been extremely helpful on the financing side. Cameron has made the loan process easy to understand and has been very responsive whenever we needed information or guidance. While I'm still in the middle of the journey, the experience so far with Ryan Homes in the Summerfield area has been excellent, and I'm excited to see the finished result. Definitely a great team to work with. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We are excited about our new home as we downsize to a single-level-home but move-in day seems so far away! Yvette, our sales agent, has been wonderful from the moment we met. She explained everything thoroughly and is so cordial and friendly, not at all pushy! We've found her patient even when we made last minute changes. Give serious consideration to allowing her to serve you. Cameron, the financial officer, continues working through our financing. He is cordial, respectful and knowledgeable. We've appreciated his prompt responses and clear explanations to we as novices. Cody, the project manager will clearly become an asset to us as we continue the journey toward completion of our beautiful new Ryan home.
