The townhouses are nice but the manager is very rude. You have 12 hours to pay your rent or they charge you a late fee. Buyer beware because she will mislead you. Would never do business with them again. Thank you for replying. I would love to share my concern. How do I get in contract with you?

Bad neighbors. Asked nicely for their snow removal to not be left in my driveway multiple times. Hung up on repeatedly by their staff.
