  I had a really great experience working with the leasing office at the Heights at Glen Mills. My situation was a bit complicated and the process took a long time, but the team was with me every step of the way and never made it feel overwhelming. They were practical, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I especially want to shout out Erica and Liza. They were both amazing. They took the time to explain everything clearly, stayed on top of things, and were always responsive when I had questions or concerns. It honestly made a stressful situation so much easier knowing they actually cared and were willing to work through things with me. The leasing office as a whole has been fantastic, and the apartments and amenities are beautiful.

  I love to share my experience with Brittnee and her staff, including maintenance. There are very professional maintenance is right on the ball. Chris is amazing. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I I wasn’t sure the first year I moved here, but to be honest with you this staff has made me feel very home and welcomed so now I’ve been here for over two years. I highly recommend the mouse.

  Starting at $2k a month for a 1br 650sq ft apartment you get: -Your mail will be stolen. Non residents come by and steal packages from the mailrooms because the builders installed the locks on the wrong set of doors. The leasing staff will not help resolve this whatsoever. -Rude leasing office staff who act as if answering the phone isn’t part of their job. Literally ring 5x times and walk over and see the leasing agent sitting there doing nothing and ignoring the phone. Never returns VMs, and rolls eyes as she’s speaking to you. -Maintenance is incredibly poor on the amenities. Alot of the gym equipment is does not work. The swimming pool is also filled with leaves and debris. Every single pool stick to shoot pool with is missing the tips. The printer in the “Business Center” never works and needs parts replaced. All the TVs in the shared areas have light bulbs burnt out from the TVs being left on 24/7. Which looks like a bunch of white dots all over the screen. And the remotes on the wall that control the TVs do not work most of the time either which renders them useless. The outdoor grills have so much debris in the bottom that your food is always going to catch on fire. -I have seen mice in the hallways and in the main building. If you have $2k to spend on a 1br, then look elsewhere.

  The ratings I’ve seen for The Point are extremely inflated. I’ve been a resident for 4 years. Since PANCO Management took over there’s been a significant decline in both quality and service. The residents are no longer enjoying some of the perks they had under Bozzuto. IE- no social events - holiday party or summer bbq. In addition the amenities have fallen into disrepair and aren’t being replaced. 3 of the 4 treadmills have been broken for weeks now- the bbq grills have been broken most of this summer. We considered staying beyond 12 months but our rent for a 3 month span increased by 2400.00. Its more than double our current rent. In addition all fees have increased - rent/ garage/pet fees etc. In addition they will not assist with yearly or even bi-yearly carpet cleaning- painting etc. if you are in the market for an apartment I’d suggest looking elsewhere
