    so far so good! the building is great, amenities are nice, and staff is friendly! they are always quick with maintenance. haven’t had any major issues so far

    Sent me to collections over some random 300$ charge and refused to explain what it is. Very unprofessional leasing staff and overpriced rent

    If you want police raiding the apartment complex at night? Water intrusion? Weed in the building? Management charging unexpected fees? Lost package? Live at heights! The good: they have a loft floor plan that gives me a working space. Maintenance crew is great. The bad and the ugly: 1. Police raiding the complex, twice since I lived here for 16 months. (Early move out due to it, too much stress) 2. Water intrusion, I experienced health issues, my nose bleed almost every morning. 3. You can always smell weed. 4. I have lost 3 packages. 5. When move out, I was charged carpet replacement fee, even though the carpet damage was there when I moved in, and I have picture to prove it. I was also charged insurance fee even though I have my own policy. There are also so many hidden fees, expected to add more to your bill. I am glad that this is over, and trust me, the nice experience end when you signed the lease.

    I have lived here since September 2024. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Chris in maintenance is amazing and such a good guy. They are on top of keeping the building clean, constantly updating things. I feel safe here, its clean and the photos look exactly like the apartments. They are honest and not misleading when it comes to that stuff. My neighbors have all been so sweet and respectful. You can here some noise if you have someone above you but it isn't terrible. Overall - Highly recommend!
