- YJYash JDec 12, 20255.0I had a really great experience working with the leasing office at the Heights at Glen Mills. My situation was a bit complicated and the process took a long time, but the team was with me every step of the way and never made it feel overwhelming. They were practical, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I especially want to shout out Erica and Liza. They were both amazing. They took the time to explain everything clearly, stayed on top of things, and were always responsive when I had questions or concerns. It honestly made a stressful situation so much easier knowing they actually cared and were willing to work through things with me. The leasing office as a whole has been fantastic, and the apartments and amenities are beautiful.
