  Shawn Morgan was outstanding. He was so helpful and eased my mind. I am so grateful that he was patient enough to answer all of my many questions. I am definitely going to buy a Clayton home because of his amazing professionalism.

  We had the pleasure of meeting Shawn today. He was a pleasure to work with. He is ery personable and engaging. He made our first experience at looking at mobile homes very enjoyable. He listened to what we were looking and was very honest and knowledgeable.

  We had been shopping for a home for a while and we're having no luck finding what we wanted so we decided to check out Clayton Homes in Erie, Pa. We were welcomed by Eric Rose (sales rep) he showed 3 homes and we fell in love with the Triumph. We filled out all the paperwork and started the process of looking for land to put it on. We found the perfect land and started the process of purchasing and closing. On the day of our closing Eric Rose told us not to worry he would stay in touch with us, not only does he never call us to update us on what is going on with our house but when we do call him he never calls us back. We have even had to call the Clayton advocates line to get an answer to any questions we have. I understand that weather is holding up the process but an update every now and then would be nice. My advice to anyone looking for a home be careful do your research and do not settle on the first place you look you may not be happy! I will update this review once the weather gets better and our house is done. Hopefully the house will be so perfect we will forget about the buying process. I will add 1 thing Joe the general manager is great when he is made aware of the situation. Also I don't think Eric Rose is a bad guy just really really green. I just think he needs to work on his communication skills and stand behind his word.
