  My wife and I assisted my mother- and father-in-law (both in their 80s) with purchasing their beautiful new home in Ryan Homes' Klein Mills 55+ community in Elizabethtown, and we're so grateful for how positive the entire experience turned out to be. The standout was our salesman, Tom. Tom, you were so kind, caring, and a complete professional from our first visit to closing. I truly appreciated your process and strong work ethic—Ryan Homes has a great asset in you and is very lucky to have you on the team. As someone who has served as CFO and CEO of multiple companies, I've seen what truly drives success: 80% great employees like you, 10% solid processes, and 10% the product/service. You delivered on all fronts. You were incredibly organized and prepared for every meeting, breaking everything down so clearly that the process was extremely smooth and easy for anyone to comprehend—no high-pressure tactics, just patient, thoughtful guidance every step of the way. Especially important for us: We were helping my in-laws downsize from their home of 40 years to a more appropriate single-story retirement home. From our very first visit to the model home, Tom was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for—no stairs, easy access to amenities, nearby shopping, and medical facilities—and guided us through the available floor plans to select the best options for them. He was transparent about upgrade options, timelines, and what to expect during construction. Whenever we had questions (and there were many!), Tom responded quickly via phone or email and even coordinated with the construction team to address our custom requests. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. We truly appreciated how he prioritized all our needs and concerns. It was particularly reassuring to see how straightforward and stress-free the experience was for my in-laws—they never felt overwhelmed or confused. Tom handled every detail with such care that it made the transition enjoyable rather than daunting for our whole family. When it was time to finalize decisions and sign the paperwork, you used highlighters to organize everything so neatly that I knew we were in good hands. Tom, you reminded me of myself—someone who values clarity, preparation, and attention to detail. Those little things build real trust. The home itself is perfectly suited for their needs: spacious yet manageable, with no stairs and thoughtful features for easy living. The community has a welcoming vibe, and we're excited for them to settle in.   We had a fantastic experience working with Tom Koop / Ryan Homes at Klein Mills 55+ community. Tom is highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the community, the residents, and the customers who stop by to shop. The Ryan Homes selection of models is aimed right at the 55+ community, and the features offered are best value and high quality. This community offers amenities during the start-up of the development, and does not wait until years after the first home buyers move in before putting in the amenities. This is the best value in 55+ communities for at least a fifty mile circle around Elizabethtown, PA.

  We purchased a home in the Klein Mills development in quaint Elizabethtown. It was a positive experience from day one. Caitlin our sales rep was amazing and so helpful as we made decisions about our forever home. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and always available to answer questions and help us on the journey. Alex the builder was fabulous! He kept us informed weekly of the progress with our home and we always looked forward to his weekly calls. We loved getting pictures every week in Photo Circle of each stage of the building process. It’s a wonderful keepsake of our home from an empty lot to our finished forever home. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond. We absolutely loved being able to see every stage of our home being built. We moved in to our beautiful home in September. We are enjoying meeting our new neighbors and excited for the opening of the Clubhouse and all the amenities in the New Year. Highly recommend this new development and the outstanding crew that have made it all possible.

  We have purchased a home at Klein Mills and it has been an extremely positive experience! These folks all go above and beyond to assist us. We speak with our project manager each week (Alex) and he has been amazing. Our sales team (Caitlin, Adam, Leah, and Chandler) is extremely responsive and has helped us navigate smoothly to our new home. We plan to move in soon and are excited to join this community.
