  This community was never a first choice for us. But once Leah sent us a little video of the area and told us to visit, we fell in love with it. This showed how above and beyond she will go for her clients. The community has all the schools within walking distance and super kid friendly, which is a plus for us. The beginning process has been so smooth and the team is always ready to answer any questions for us. We are super excited to continue to build with Ryan homes and wrap up things in the next few months. I encourage anyone looking for a nice area with so many surrounding different cities, to come out and check out Bear Creek!

  For the past couple of years, we have been searching for a builder to build our home, and we finally decided to go with Ryan Homes. So far, we have been very pleased working with the team at Bear Creek Estates—especially Leah. She is incredible at what she does, and you can truly tell how committed and passionate she is about her work. Originally, we were planning to build in another Ryan Homes community in Harrisburg, Green Lane Meadows. While we were waiting for a site to become available there, we expressed interest in Bear Creek Estates. At first, we noticed that the starting price seemed to be outside of what we had budgeted. However, Leah did something amazing—she encouraged us to come and take a look and experience everything the community had to offer our family. Once we visited, we completely fell in love with the community, especially because it is perfect for our kids. All school levels are within walking distance, the neighborhood is very calm, and it truly feels like a great place to raise a family. Leah has been extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer our questions or address any concerns. She consistently provides thoughtful recommendations based on her many years of experience. Come visit, and you will absolutely fall in love with this community.

  I have been wanting to build with Ryan Homes for a long time now! We are moving from NJ to PA and absolutely love this community that we are moving into! It has the largest lots that I have seen from Ryan Homes! It's been such a wonderful experience working with Leah throughout this whole process! She has been so encouraging and fun to work with! We just had our pre-drywall walk through today with Alex and Gavin! Both great and very knowledgeable guys! Everything has gone smoothly so far with the whole process of building our home! It's absolutely beautiful, and we can't wait to move in! So grateful for such a great team!

  This is my first time building a new home. It has been such a smooth and easy process. The sales rep, Leah, has been great to work with in all stages of the process. She is extremely knowledgeable, responds quickly, and answers all my questions clearly and with transparency. Bear Creek Estates is an amazing location in Etown! The lots are huge (1/2 acre+). It was hard to choose a floor plan because there were so many good ones and we were able to have a 3-car garage! There were also a lot of beautiful choices of finishes and many upgrade options available.
