  I’ve lived here for half a year and since this is a new building everything has been good. I have been renting for 8 years and lived in many different places, and this place is one of the cleanest and nicest. With that being said, the charges are high as well, which is expected. But what was unexpected was the hidden fees - they would show you that your monthly utility & trash, water, sewer, etc. is around $200 but when the bill comes this portion is always beyond expectations. Every month there’ll be a $400 -$600 extra bill sitting in my inbox. Sometimes you pay for the full amount and expect you can be not worrying about the bills, but something will always come in the middle of the month. I asked for the water & sewer & electricity breakdown but nothing was provided. They also charge fees for sending you bills. Overall nice place if you don’t care about how much exactly you will be paying. This place is close to where I work so I sort of automatically landed here when I moved but there are some similar options around that might be better.
