- KPKayur PatelFeb 27, 20261.0I would strongly advise any new communities considering an HOA management company to avoid this one. Our community is managed by Ty Slater and Ellyssa Aureus, and ongoing issues are not being resolved. We are repeatedly given conflicting or inaccurate information, and tickets submitted through the Town Square app are marked as “read” and closed without any action being taken. Communication is consistently poor, and follow-through is almost nonexistent. I have asked to escalate these issues to someone above them and was told there is no one higher up, which is very concerning and explains why problems continue unresolved. Basic services are not being completed in a timely manner, yet residents are still expected to pay in full. This has created unnecessary frustration and safety concerns within the community. If you are considering hiring this company, proceed with caution. Our experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
