Shane has been very helpful with our transition to Pennsylvania from Arizona. He is a very warm and approachable guy who made us feel right at home the moment we walked through the door for our initial appointment and throughout the process. Professional, exceptional listener, and able to anticipate our needs are qualities we saw in Shane that set him above all others. The experience we had that first day was effortless and rite then we new this builder and this community was to be our new home. We would also like to mention Jose and I were initially and continually impressed with the quality of craftsmanship we noticed with the Ryan homes in this community. Builders are not all the same but Ryan homes knows that details are very important and execute everything perfectly to the last detail in the building process. We were very impressed. I will recommend Ryan homes to anyone wanting to build their dream home.
