  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience with Chad at Ryan Homes Over the course of my life, my family and I have moved more than 30 times, so we’ve experienced just about every type of home buying process imaginable. At this stage in life, we weren’t just looking for another house, we were looking for the place where we could finally build our dream home and settle down. Originally, we thought that place would be Florida, but an incredible employment training opportunity brought our family to Pennsylvania. Once we arrived, we quickly fell in love with the area and knew we wanted to stay. For over 15 months, we searched for the right home. Unfortunately, most new construction options were either well over $1 million or located in areas that didn’t work for us. My wife, a retired veteran, made it clear she didn’t want to spend the next 20 years working just to pay off a mortgage, so the process became frustrating very quickly. That’s when we walked into Ryan Homes and met Chad. Chad was outstanding from the start; professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. My wife had difficulty envisioning the layout of an empty spec home, so Chad suggested we tour a model home at Bear Creek. That visit was a complete game changer. The moment we walked through the model, everything clicked. We went back to Thorndale Woods that same afternoon and started the process. For someone who wanted a semi-custom build, we were amazed to find that the Ryan Homes design delivered over 96% of what we wanted, at a price point hundreds of thousands less than other builders we had been considering. On top of that, the community feel made the decision even better, something that is very important to our family. I also want to recognize Kristin, Chad’s supervisor, who was just as fantastic and supportive throughout the process. She felt like family by the end of our visit. And today we met Shawn, our construction manager. His attention to detail and commitment to quality stood out immediately. He walked through everything room by room and even welcomed a third-party inspector at all major construction phases, which gave us tremendous confidence. After moving more than 30 times in our lives, it feels incredible to say that we may have finally found our forever home. Thanks to Chad, Kristin, and Shawn, we truly feel like we’re in great hands, and we’re excited to start making new memories here. And I am pretty sure that we will have more than a couple of laughs along the way!

  We are at the home"build" stage at Thorndale, but it's not too soon to compliment Ryan on the available options (not nearly as limited as some snooty friends suggested) and the opportunity to make impactful structural changes. Maybe most importantly, our rep Chad G. played a major role in our choice. He isn't simply great at his job, he goes the extra mile(s) to help us with some issues that are absoultely our own. As this will be our fourth new build, I can confidently say he is the best we have encountered. We are excited about 2026 and this surprisingly beautiful new community.
