Nick was very personal, professional, and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job during our new home orientation at making us feel comfortable and confident that we had the information we needed to enjoy and take care of our new home 🏡 😀 Buying a new home can be exciting and at times somewhat stressful. Nick did a great job at keeping us in the loop and making our new home build experience positive and enjoyable. Thanks!👍😀

Updating us with photos and texts allowed us to trust and feel confident during what could have been a stressful process. Nick answered calls during his personal time which was truly appreciated. Sticking to the predicted closing date is unheard of in most new construction and this shows how well Nick managed his team and workers. At walk through, Nick explained in detail all appliances, heating, air conditioning and sump pump systems. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our home. I love the location as it's convenient to so many places and the staff was so welcoming and definitely made for an enjoyable visit. Knowledgeable too, answered about a million of my questions! Love the first floor suite for the long term, such a great option. Definitely worth a look if you are in the market.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. Definitely worth checking out if you’re considering new construction.
