  Going on my second year lease this April. Never had any problems with office staff or maintenance. Maintenance always comes out in a timely manner when work orders for my unit are submitted and office staff always answers the phone during business hours. There are some trashy apartments not too far away but Glen Hollow is not classified as trashy to me. Best first apartment experience!

  I ve been here since 2019. Love it . No complaints. Maintenance wonderful. Always come the day I call. Fixing issue that day . They have cleaning ppl to clean hallways. I can t see any negatives. The steps have become difficult for me but I m not moving . Thank u staff 😊

  Have you all seen the dog crap next to building 12? DISGUSTING! Some idiot walking his dog(black & white) never picks up after his dog! Glen Hollow please clean up your complex! This is not a good look for prospective tenants!

  I lived in Glen Hollow for two years. When my lease ended, they made the process very easy, and I received my full security deposit back quickly. Thank you to all the staff who addressed my concerns and requests.

  This apartment complex is terrible! Main water is shut off at least 10 times a month with no warning or reason. If you hate running water this place is for you! No thought of security in the entire complex, people live in their cars on the property, people steal packages, you will find random non residents smoking inside your building. True community living. No need to sign a lease just pull you car up and enjoy free overnight parking. Walls are paper thin, you could hear your neighbors whole routine, Again, community living at its finest. In all seriousness please look elsewhere, this place is not good for the price or condition. I've sadly run out of good things to say about this place. Free will is yours, but you've been warned.
