  Thank you so much Geoff (maintenance). You are a one man maintenance wonder! You always come through for us and I'm grateful. With this winter storm, getting my car out would have been impossible by myself. That's just the most recent thing. I can always count on you when I need something done in my unit. Thank you again for all of your hard work ALSO, to Donna, the manager, thank you for your kindness and understanding today. It really blessed my soul

  I moved in around September, and everything has been great! The maintenance technician is AMAZING and truly came to the rescue multiple times—especially as a first-time renter. I really appreciate the clear communication and support from the main office as well. They made the move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy living here!

  My children and I moved into the complex in February 2021, and I have seen the complex go through some major and welcomed changes since the new owners and management team. It is really nice to finally see the complex getting love, attention and care it deserves! The renovations and upgrade have been top notch so far they updated the pool area with new furniture, a grill and new doors on all the buildings and they are just getting started! I really enjoy living here, there is a whole new energy and vibe which is very refreshing!

  As of October 2025, there has been a shooting on the property, a tire slashing, to no resolve from management. If you’re a normal family, please look elsewhere, as this is not a safe community to live.

  New ownership as of 12/24. Never informed current tenants, housing voucher recipients were kicked out illegally during the holiday season with children etc. Butler housing authority has covered it up. Don’t move here, management is awful now, they tore up everything to remodel and charge higher rents. And have caused undue hardships for a lot of people and families.
