  I lived here for a little over a year. The apartment was modern with very nice amenities such as pool, mailroom, pet park, gym, and keyless + smart home features. The apartments can seem small, but they offer beautiful bathrooms, huge closets, and ample storage. Meeder also is also super pet friendly! I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff and the community. Lauren, Tonette, and Carly do their absolute best to make every resident’s experience positive, and I could rave about what a fantastic job the entire front of the house staff does! The staff made my rental process and departure go smoothly and made it feel very personalized. Maintenance was kind, prompt, and always flexible with me and my pet’s schedule and fixed any issues immediately. Meeder offers a lovely community of residents in a great area! I loved my time here!

  Amazing experience! We enjoyed our time here so much! From the staff both the front office and maintenance were exceptional. Highly recommend staying here!

  i don’t live here but toured this place with a friend - be careful because the staged unit looks beautiful but the rest of the units have textured walls & popcorn ceilings that look so cheap (they won’t tell you that when you tour)

  I lived here for a while and had both good and bad experiences. The location is great, and it’s dog-friendly, which I really appreciated. That said, there were constant maintenance issues that were either ignored or poorly addressed. Even worse, my dog had frequent digestive problems that completely stopped after we moved—something I can't ignore when thinking about the apartment's condition. We chose to move due to ongoing safety concerns, especially after my father passed away and my mother planned to move in. She did not feel safe there, and I agreed. When I tried to end my lease early, management and the regional office refused to work with me or waive the fees—even though the property wasn't holding up its end of the deal regarding safety and maintenance. If you're considering moving here, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The location isn't worth the stress, poor management, and unresolved issues.

  I lived at Meeder Flats for 3 years and overall had a positive experience: the apartments are modern, the maintenance team was responsive, and the community is quiet and well-located. However, my final months were marked by a major disappointment — the pool wasn’t available for one full month at the beginning of the summer and they kept blaming it on the weather conditions, saying it was completely out of their control, even though other complexes in the area opened their pools on time under the same weather conditions. I respectfully requested a small compensation for not having this amenity available on time, but despite multiple follow-ups, the response was ultimately that no compensation could be offered. It’s unfortunate to end a long tenancy on that note. If you're considering moving in, it's a nice place, just know that when things go wrong, accountability and flexibility may be limited.
