- CCChristinaSep 18, 20255.0I lived here for a little over a year. The apartment was modern with very nice amenities such as pool, mailroom, pet park, gym, and keyless + smart home features. The apartments can seem small, but they offer beautiful bathrooms, huge closets, and ample storage. Meeder also is also super pet friendly! I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff and the community. Lauren, Tonette, and Carly do their absolute best to make every resident’s experience positive, and I could rave about what a fantastic job the entire front of the house staff does! The staff made my rental process and departure go smoothly and made it feel very personalized. Maintenance was kind, prompt, and always flexible with me and my pet’s schedule and fixed any issues immediately. Meeder offers a lovely community of residents in a great area! I loved my time here!

That said, there were constant maintenance issues that were either ignored or poorly addressed. Even worse, my dog had frequent digestive problems that completely stopped after we moved—something I can't ignore when thinking about the apartment's condition. We chose to move due to ongoing safety concerns, especially after my father passed away and my mother planned to move in. She did not feel safe there, and I agreed. When I tried to end my lease early, management and the regional office refused to work with me or waive the fees—even though the property wasn't holding up its end of the deal regarding safety and maintenance. If you're considering moving here, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The location isn't worth the stress, poor management, and unresolved issues.
