  Very lazy staff overall. Maintenance requests get ignored until you make 3 maybe 4 of the same requests and call in multiple times. I moved in late December and still can’t use my oven because my smoke alarms were too sensitive. Whenever I cook anything it goes off and my requests continue to get ignored after maintenance finally came once and said they didn’t know what was wrong and would be back the next day. They never showed up and my requests have continued to be ignored again.

  Warning for anyone looking to move into Apt 2111. Lots of noise you won’t be able to do anything about. The heater is extremely loud in the bedroom and living room (can’t be fixed). You hear every footstep taken by the neighbor above you. And the train horns are ridiculously loud. Tough sleeping situation.

  I had an electrical problem. I called maintenance to enter in a work order and TJ called me the next day to go over the plan with getting my power back to some wall outlets and appliances. He was very professional and responsive to my questions.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is a dump & it’s impossible to get the “Property Manager” or any employee to contact you. Ive had several problems with my apartment (mice, broken appliances, flooding, water issues) and no one is willing to help. The leasing manager will offer assistance or reimbursement, then ghost you & wont ever do it. Trust me - avoid this place. Not worth your money. Conshohocken is a nice area and there are way better places to live.

  I lived here for 5 months before breaking my lease. I was lied to during the walkthrough multiple times and it took them weeks and many follow-ups to get any information, let alone resolution, on issues. Office staff doesn't care about you once you sign the lease, emails go ignored, and promises in-person are never followed through on. Rather than deal with things at the management level, they pass the buck to residents. Many people had issues with their AC and were given window units for months on end, trash chute problems never addressed, the maintenance team are overworked, and the office staff lazy and apathetic to issues. The gym is kept clean, and some staff were great (though no longer working there and shared a scathing resignation email about their experiences) but the area around the pool is constantly left a scattered mess and the coffee bar consistently empty by early afternoon. I just don't understand what is going on with this place.. When I moved out, I deep cleaned my apt and had a professional carpet cleaning (per the lease) and I was still charged a $250 cleaning fee.. I have friends in the Birch, Matson Mill, and Madison West, and none of them have any of these issues. The prices are comparable but the level of service, care, and quality are not. Choose wisely.
