  We visited the community to take a look. The model home is not what you should look at and decide. Take a look at the quick delivery homes - for a million or so bucks it is downright cheap. Many apartments are nicer than these. Sad Toll brothers is getting away building mediocres while charging out ripping off high dollars from people.

  I purchased a home from Toll Brothers and paid top dollar with the expectation of quality construction and reliable customer care. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The property has a serious water drainage issue that causes stagnant water to collect, creating both an eyesore and a potential health concern. Despite repeatedly raising this matter, management has done nothing to resolve the problem. A company of this reputation should take responsibility and address such fundamental issues quickly, but instead, there has been a complete lack of follow-through and accountability. Homebuyers deserve better. I would caution considering a Toll Brothers home to carefully inspect for drainage and water management problems, and to be prepared for very poor post-purchase support.

  Sad what they've done with the airport where I learned to fly. And the name adds insult to injury.
