- RCRed ClayJun 14, 20241.0When Ryan Homes advertises "Low Maintenance Lifestyle" I imagined it applied to the homeowner. Instead it seems to be the theme of the HOA here at Ryan Homes. My patch of grass has been cut once in 3 weeks and they did not mow behind the homes. Trash has not been picked up this week with cans spilling onto the streets in 90 degree temperatures. The dust blowing around off the streets and dirt lots covers everything. Construction starts before 7 am and and lasts until sundown, 7 days a week. Our water bills run over $300 a month and the builder and water company say it is normal due to the use of sprinklers. It looks like hell around here and many days it feels like hell. The HOA needs to step up. The excuses are worn out and meaningless.

- HJHyun Shil JungOct 26, 20235.0I worked with Leah on purchasing Valley Square Townhomes. We went 4-5 times to see this home and compared with one another. The house that I am buying is end unit. . The master bedroom is right next to each other with next home and I was concerned about it. Leah said we can test to see if you can hear from next home so, my husband went to other home and yell and I check to see if I can hear but I can barely hear it. This was one of the reason I choose this home. Leah has been very patient with us and she was honest. She also tried her best to make us happy.

Steven was very convincing for our new home .Within five minutes of speaking with him ,we made a decision.Leah was very complementing.
