  My experience with Ms. Shannon has been truly exceptional. Transitioning from active duty in the Army back to civilian life is a significant adjustment, and she went above and beyond by utilizing every available resource to ensure the process was smooth, thoughtful, and supportive for both me and my family. Her guidance and professionalism gave me a strong sense of confidence that this community is the right place for us to begin this next chapter, one where we feel safe, secure, and optimistic about the future. Through our consistent communication, including phone calls and FaceTime tours, her genuine care and respect made the entire experience both comfortable and reassuring. I am sincerely grateful for her support and look forward to becoming part of this community, connecting with neighbors, and meeting the staff and management team in person upon my arrival. -Michael

  Shannon was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to educate us about the property and the surrounding area, which really helped us feel comfortable making our decision. She showed us multiple floor plans and was sure to highlight the features and differences. She was incredibly responsive to our text messages and questions, always getting back to us quickly. The application process was quick and painless. The area is quiet and the people are friendly. Planes can be loud at times, but it heavily depends on the weather. Highly recommend Clinton Lake, especially if you get to work with Shannon!

  My boyfriend and I are so excited to be moving into this community! From start to finish, the experience has been incredibly smooth and stress-free. Shannon, the property manager, has been absolutely amazing. She is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about making the process easy for future residents. We’re already so happy with our decision and can’t wait to officially move in. Highly recommend this community, especially if you get the chance to work with Shannon!

  My wife and I just moved into Clinton Lake - so far we love the community, everyone has been extremely nice and welcoming. Special shout out to Shannon who was so helpful throughout our decision-making process - from the initial tour, application, and lease to setting up utilities and making sure we were ready for our move-in date. So far, we are extremely satisfied with our decision!

  Overly expensive for how cheap the place is made. Management believes lies from their "trusted sources" within the community, so be ready to be filmed by your neighbors from their houses when you walk outside. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you make the money to waste, and that's what I've been telling everyone since I left
