  Under horrible management. They tickle and dime you every chance they can and have a lot of hidden fees when you leave the apartment and no I wasn't kicked out I lived there over 4 years and left when I bought the house

  Do not under any circumstances live here unless you want to be nickel-and-dimed for everything! The property looks nice on the outside but you will quickly find out how cheap everything is made. Walls paper thin, A/C wasn’t even working when we moved in, dishwasher needing replaced 3 times, blinds falling apart just looking at them, no weather protector at the bottoms of the door, dryer never drying clothing after three cycles (over $2:00 a cycle- after being told repeatedly) cheap carpet, parking lot not being shoveled out during the snow ect. Honestly the list goes on and on. The worst part about it is when you finally escape the place they charge you all for it! The management may seem nice but they are worthless. I have had packages stolen by my neighbors and reported it and they said there is nothing they can do. No security systems. I’ve called for noise complaints- nothing they can do against them. My neighbors dog got out and tore through the screens of my windows to get to my cat and they told me to just call the cops because there was nothing they could do. I’ve called about the dryer multiple times and all they say is oh we will have them look at it. Never got any money back for having to redry my clothes over and over again. Then they have the audacity to send my over a 2,000 dollar bill after I move out? Unbelievable. Save yourself the time and energy and NEVER move into an AR building property.

  Excellent staff 👍. Amanda and her crew made the transition to Parkside Estate a breeze. Very professional thru out the entire process. Maintenance crew ready to assist whenever needed. Very satisfied with my move here.

  Before you sign, realize this company has an F rating with the better business bureau… if you have an issue, they will not solve it

  i moved here from pgh with my fiance and i really enjoy it. great apartments and great staff, easy to talk to and work with. i recommend highly!
