  We had a recently purchased a new build at the Greenwood Village location. Katie Chauvet is a phenomenal person to work with. She will go above and beyond for whatever needs you have in mind. She’s communicative and makes the process of purchasing a home very smooth.

  My wife and I moved here earlier this summer and have had nothing short of an incredible all around experience. Starting with the tour and introduction we had with Katie Chauvet, to the building process and walk through with Ryan Miller and Jordan Morgart, to the warranty items with James Budzeak. All of these great people have made a stressful situation like buying a home and moving, such an enjoyable experience. Katie was such a huge help providing great information and insights to the homes and community, leading up to closing. She was always so quick to respond to our questions and always has such an incredible infectious positive and upbeat attitude. During the whole building process, Katie was always available and helping, but Ryan and Jordan were equally as awesome keeping us updated, sharing photos, and answering questions. It was clear the deep level of care they all had. Even though they had tons of other houses to build and homeowners to work with, it we always felt like they truly cared about their work and the personal connection they formed, we never once felt like just another number or just another customer. Ryan continues to be such a huge help by answering questions we have and always going the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need and that everything is up to standard. Similarly, James has always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to act with the warranty items we have put in since we closed. Although there have not been many, and all the tickets have been non-urgent, minor aesthetic blemishes, it always seems like James and the team have treated it as a priority to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. All in all to say, we could not be happier with our experience so far. Not only do we absolutely love our home and community, but all the people who worked with us along the whole way (and continue to be there for us) have made it a truly exceptional experience. Thank you everyone!

  Bridgett made the experience of buying our townhouse so smooth and enjoyable. She is incredibly professional and a pleasure to interact with. She was filled with helpful tips and tricks to maximize value and generally was very helpful with suggestions when we asked them of her. Very excited to build in this development. You get a lot of bang for your buck.
