  Excellent staff 👍. Amanda and her crew made the transition to Parkside Estate a breeze. Very professional thru out the entire process. Maintenance crew ready to assist whenever needed. Very satisfied with my move here.

  Before you sign, realize this company has an F rating with the better business bureau… if you have an issue, they will not solve it

  I would like to thank the whole staff at Parkside for a wonderful place to live for the last 4 years, I would highly recommend your Complex to anyone looking for a quality place to live both inside and outside of apartment. Also a special shout out to your maintenance staff...Wow! What can I say except...These people were amazing for me over the 4 year course.

  Cheaply built, you can hear your neighbors every move. This is not an exaggeration, it’s uncomfortable. The quality of the people living here is the biggest issue. There were multiple gun shots on the property and in the building with little to no recognition. The cops are there constantly, domestic violence, drunk and disorderly. You will be woken up all hours of the night during the week with either someone’s base or drunk people fighting. The buildings also smell like animals very badly. I’m not sure if there is an animal hoarding problem or what. Not worth your money or stress, not peaceful living.
