- TDTimothy DroletMar 18, 20261.0I’d be cautious before buying here. Realtors tend to overpromise what this neighborhood offers and don’t always deliver. Important details can also be left out—for example, some homes aren’t allowed to build fences.

Josephine has been honest, dedicated, and diligent throughout the entire process. She is truly the main reason we decided to move forward with building a home in this neighborhood. Building a house is a major decision, and we were looking for a builder and especially a salesperson we could trust. Josephine has consistently gone above and beyond to meet our expectations.
