  I never had roaches before in my life! One day I woke up to them in the cupboard with my sugar and spices. Then they were in All my cupboards crawling across my dishes and glasses. I actually saw them pouring out from an electric outlet above the kitchen sink. They were breding behind my stove and refrigerator. It was GROSS! I have a theory of where the roaches came from but management denied it. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with roaches crawling all over your kitchen.

  Wonderful place to live! Cannot beat the price in this area. I saw single bedroom apartments that were more expensive then this three bedroom townhome with a two car garage. Brandi was awesome to work with and so professional. I can't recommend this community enough! I honestly have no complaints!

  This is great community to live in! Perfect location with easy access to shopping and entertainment. We moved in 5 months ago, after never physically seeing the place (only online photos) or meeting the staff other than speaking to Brandi by phone. She hooked us up with a newly remodeled townhouse that we have been very pleased with. We have had quick response in reference to requests from all staff. And most recently, Mary and Brandi saved me a whole lot of heartache by rescuing my indoor cat that snuck out and got stranded on our deck over 4th of July (fireworks), while we were out of town. (Thank you neighbors for being concerned and contacting the girls) If I was to recommend anything for the beautifully maintained property, it would be to maybe add a common area to have small community gatherings...something like a small park with gazebo or shelter and a nice play area/ equipment for the children in the community to burn off some energy. Highly recommend Springhouse Communities!

  This is a great place to live and I would highly recommend it! The entire staff here are friendly and I consider them to be my friends. If you are looking for a place to live,this is it!
