  Bridgeville Towers is so ignorant you do not want to move in here. We have a young manager that is about 37 years old. He is so rude. I have told him about my ex being in the hospital that he has an ICU. He is so rude all he was worried about is who stole my pills and that he wanted a police report there are people are in here that are really thieves. I’m not one but the manager in the maintenance people say that I am when I have people in here that know who I am and know what kind of a person I am I’ve helped a lot of people in this life in Ohio have a lot of people in this building. I pick people up off the floor that didn’t want to go to the hospital. I’ve danced with every woman just about in here that has a cane or wheelchair walker you name it. The manager is making me out to be the bad person in this building. I am not. It’s a shame. Just remember you don’t wanna live here.

  This place is terribly unprofessional, unreliable, and completely infested with bed bugs with little desire to actually fix the situation. My mother has lived in this building for 5 +/- years and I’ve known that this as an issue for a long time now, but fortunately her apartment had never specifically been infested until 2-3 months ago. My mother is completely bitten up, and the sub-contracted pest control company only sporadically shows up, does a seemingly sub-par job, and then doesn’t return when she’s told that they will. I tried to personally hire my own pest control company to come in and deal with this issue for my mother but was told that none of the residents are permitted to have their own pest control measures taken. This is not only horrific, but it impedes on the well-being of all of the units that are infested, and continues to spread this infestation. My mother is not permitted to go to her job, she can’t see her family, and her residence clearly doesn’t care that this is a hugely persisting issue (read past reviews and you can clearly see that this is and has been a problem for several years.) Oh yeah, and apparently other residents/management has told her that she “isn’t permitted to leave her apartment.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Apparently Monday/Tuesday is the only time that anyone is in the office, but they definitely don’t show up all the time (no one was there today; perhaps they just don’t feel like being around the infestation themselves.) My mother’s central oxygen system stopped working and the company refused to deliver a new unit to her building due to the bed bug issue — very much directly affecting multiple facets of her health and well-being. This issue will be escalated to health and human services, the BBB, HUD, and any and all health departments to show unjust and inhumane living conditions for all residents. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this building. It’s heartbreaking to not be able to visit my mother safely and to know that she is being bitten up each and every day for months. Maintenance is aware, management is aware, and I plan to expedite this to the proper channels for the sake of these individuals who rely on the safety and security in their living space when they’re unable to address these issues independently. Not okay. Do something — do better.

  They have an infestation of bed bugs. They will not fumigate the whole building because "it's too expensive." Only apartments that have obvious bugs. Infested furniture is being left outside near common spaces. The infestation is out of control and these slumlords only care about money, not health and safety. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
