What a shame the super nice tenants pay such high prices for lot rent when they cannot even bother to fix the roads after all these years of deterioration.

And very rude office staff. I suggest nobody move here unless you wanna be ripped off. you might as well, just buy a house, at the rate this lot rent goes up,

They had 2 places that people were STILL living in them but we were told they were moving out end of the month. They asked for job verification. Almost a week later only to get back to us and tell us all of the sudden they cant rent the homes because supposedly both owners got cash offers. Oh btw they know our current lease is up at the end of the month (3 weeks away). How should I take this?
