  Greatly appreciated and enjoyed the relationship I had with Jason and Linda. Everyone I met and worked with at the office was very patient, encouraging and professional during the buying and selling process.

  Jason and his team were very knowledgeable and responsive every step of the way. He often offered to do things that were above and beyond the normal tasks you would expect an agent to do. From the initial meeting, home staging, showings, presenting offers, and all the way through settlement could not have gone more smoothly. We couldn’t imagine another agent doing a better job.

  A true expert! Do yourself a favor and just speak with Jason Ostrowsky first! A friend urged me to reach out to Jason as she could not rave enough about him and now I’m part of the fan club! From start to finish Jason was knowledgable, friendly, professional and most important to me, ethical. I felt listened to and reassured throughout the entire process of selling my home. He showed up with a complete marketing plan (I’ve never had a realtor give me a list of free options or services he would add to the marketing of your home) and showed me all of the comps for the area and his selling record (impressive!) I was a little nervous about his price point to start the listing but I trusted him and it paid off at closing for well over asking. His photographer was fantastic and made the house look amazing (see pics), his decorator had fantastic suggestions to brighten things up and Jason was always available for questions or concerns, even the professionals in his office were lovely to work with (shout-out to Ruth)! Selling your home is stressful, but I cannot recommend Jason enough as he removed so much of the anxiety and unknowns for us. Not to mention… he’s just incredibly likable as well. And if you need any more convincing? My boys Winston and Percy (see pic) adored Jason to the point it was embarrassing! That’s a selling point for me.

  Jason was incredibly thorough, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Although I wasn’t a first-time homebuyer, I was definitely a bit rusty—and I truly appreciated how clearly he explained each step of the process. Moving from out of state can be overwhelming, but Jason’s deep knowledge of the area and strong local roots made all the difference. His insight gave me the confidence I needed to make the right decision. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide throughout the entire experience.

  Jason was immensely helpful and proactive through every step of my parents move. We had a lot of indecision as a family to start and he rolled with our changes like a pro! When we finally aligned he helped advise and direct us through the selling process and got us multiple offers a and helped select a great buyer. We settled today with no issues! Highly recommended! Referred a colleague to him who also was thrilled and is now under contract. Great strategy, fairness, ethical and honest dealings. A true professional!
