  Working with Lisa Wright and her team to sell my Dad’s home in the Poconos was a great experience during an emotional time. They were professional, compassionate, and kept us informed every step of the way. The process was so smooth and I am forever grateful for their expertise.   Lisa is a wonderful person, very patient and dedicated to what she does. She dealt with us for about 2 years before we finally bought our house. She is very knowledgeable and is a pro in her field. Very straightforward, knows those little things to make an offer more appealing. Home- buying process isn't easy, she and her team were on top of the game, answering our questions, phone calls and messages within minutes. I already recommended her to a couple of my friends. If I ever will be buying she is to-go person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND HER TEAM!!!!

  I didn’t have to find Lisa and her team. During the height of the real estate boom, my granddaughter and her husband needed to relocate. With the demands of two careers, two preschoolers, a tight budget, and possible homes sold almost before they came on the market, Lisa had her hands full. She found them a beautiful home that met all their needs. When I decided that I wanted to relocate to be near them and other family members it was a no-brainer. I called Lisa and asked her if she could help me with my specific needs, which included that I wanted the home habitable soon and the challenge that I do architectural design professionally and would want to make some customization. With Lisa by my side, three weeks later I was sitting in front of the person responsible for the build-out of an established 55+ development that offered multiple floorplans with great use of space, beautiful esthetics, and the possibility of modifications. Lisa remained by my side anytime her expertise was needed to develop the plan and the final contract that was signed 9 days later. As I write this, my new home is almost ready for occupancy. I couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t have made this happen without Lisa and her team.
