We knew we were ready for a new home, but weren’t quite sure where we wanted to be. Her knowledge of and experience in eastern Pennsylvania was very helpful in our search. She asked questions, listened to our needs, respected our ideas and never forced her opinion on us. She was always willing to show us as many listings as we wanted, some several times. Her team was quick to answer all our questions (and we had a lot), and follow through with all our requests. And the selling process of our existing home went very smoothly because of Lisa. It’s always hard to let go of somewhere you lived for 20 years, but Lisa guided us through it professionally and competently. I needed a bit of hand-holding at times and Lisa’s calm patience will always be remembered and appreciated.
