  We came to look at some homes as we are potential home buyers and none of them were unlocked. We went in to speak to someone and there was 1 guy talking to customers. There was 6 of us in the waiting room and he didn't excuse himself to tell us he'd be a minute or give us keys to open the homes. We were very disappointed to be waiting for so long and to receive no service so we left. Going to a different place for our business. Do not recommend.

  None of the homes were unlocked for us to walk through, we sat in the waiting room for around 25-30 minutes with no one coming to help us with unlocking the homes or talking to us.

  My fiancé and I dealt with Tom for the home buying process, it didn’t work out due to things out of his control. Tom was professional and informative through the whole process, including withdrawing from the process. I would recommend anyone that wants to get a manufactured home to go see Tom at Clayton Homes Belle Vernon

  I had the pleasure of doing business with Stephanie Adeniran this past week and it was nothing short of exceptional knowledge, care for myself and what I wanted and where I needed to go all within a minimal budget.
