  Me and my wife have visited several companies that sell manufactured/modular homes in PA & WV and have spoken to dozens of people, but we knew as soon as we talked to Stephanie that Clayton Homes Belle Vernon was what we were looking for. She was extremely helpful, like the others, but her bubbly personality sold it for us. She helped us secure communication with the landowner of a lot we have been keeping an eye on for potentially building on. Dreadfully, an easement runs through this property, so wish me luck that no utilities are underneath this easement. Thanks Stephanie!

  We came to look at some homes as we are potential home buyers and none of them were unlocked. We went in to speak to someone and there was 1 guy talking to customers. There was 6 of us in the waiting room and he didn't excuse himself to tell us he'd be a minute or give us keys to open the homes. We were very disappointed to be waiting for so long and to receive no service so we left. Going to a different place for our business. Do not recommend.

  My fiancé and I dealt with Tom for the home buying process, it didn’t work out due to things out of his control. Tom was professional and informative through the whole process, including withdrawing from the process. I would recommend anyone that wants to get a manufactured home to go see Tom at Clayton Homes Belle Vernon
