    The maintenance manager, Nick, was very communicative and kind during issues with water damage from a storm. Took ownership over issues that wasn’t his fault! He was checking in after the fact and helped manage everything.

    Nice community with great amnesties. Well situated as well. The new management gets things done swiftly and thier customer service is top notch. My best guy mentenance guy is Kemer Reid, very hardworking and always gets the job done.. if I can give him 100 stars I will do so without hesitation. Other than that I love the community, my neighbors are very peaceful.

    I had a fantastic tour yesterday at Woods apartment with Lacy the leasing agent, she was very entertaining and made sure I get what I’m looking for, I can’t wait to move in soon!!!

    My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The management company before the new one was terrible and we had high hopes that the new company would be better. Unfortunately, last Thursday 3/27 I woke up with bites all over my stomach. I thought they were weird so I scheduled an emergency dermatologist appointment where I was told I have bed bug bites. We searched all around our apartment and found multiple bed bug like beetles. We took them to the office in a plastic bag, where Rachel (the manager) told us she would have an exterminator out FIRST THING Friday morning and would call us as soon as she had any updates. Friday morning comes and no update, so we call and are told there is no update. We call 5 more times Friday and are finally told around 4pm that no one will be out until Monday. We call first thing this morning (Monday 3/30) and are told yet again no update but they will call. They don’t call us, and text us later that day that unfortunately no exterminator will be out today. So we call and speak with Lacey and she told us that it is not the management company’s fault - and kept on putting me on hold mid sentence. She lacked empathy and was extremely rude to me. I literally started crying because they just do not care at all. We expect things like this to be taken seriously and to be taken care of timely - especially since we pay over $1500 for a one bedroom one bathroom apartment. Later that day they called back (for the first time) and said an exterminator could be out Tuesday (3/31) at 10:00 am. The exterminator shows up on Tuesday and tells us we have multiple carpet beetles which is what is causing a severe skin reaction to me and meal moths and that we should get it sprayed & to continue with preventative vacuuming. We followed up by email to the office to find out when we would get the spray service and they never responded. I followed up today Wednesday 4/1 by email and the emailed back and said no one will be spraying - but to prevent these bugs by vacuuming. Are you kidding me? After all of this, Rachel - THE MANAGER still will not talk to us! There has been no empathy through this, and ZERO communication. I mean imagine if you were in our shoes?? It has been so bad on our mental health and physical health. I’ll be going to the health department & the News at this point since this is in violation of our lease. Don’t even get me started on the mold and sewage back ups. Do NOT move here. Management is extremely unprofessional, lack communication skills, and only care about potential new tenants.

    I genuinely don’t even know where to begin because the level of service I received from Lacy was beyond anything I expected — it was truly exceptional. From the very start, I was honestly overwhelmed and unsure if I was even going to be able to find an apartment that checked all of my boxes. I had a vision in my head of exactly what I wanted, and it felt almost unrealistic. But Lacy didn’t just help me find an apartment — she found me THE apartment. Every single detail I was hoping for, she made happen. She walked me through the entire process step-by-step with so much patience, clarity, and professionalism. At no point did I feel rushed, confused, or like I was asking too many questions. Even when I ran into issues with my application and the fee process, she didn’t hesitate — she guided me through everything calmly and thoroughly, making sure I understood each step and felt confident moving forward. What stood out the most is how kind and genuinely supportive she was. In a situation that can be stressful and overwhelming, she made it feel easy, smooth, and even exciting. She went above and beyond in a way that you just don’t come across often. It never felt transactional — it felt like she truly cared about helping me find the right place and making sure I was set up for success. Because of Lacy, what I thought would be a stressful experience turned into something seamless and actually enjoyable. I am so grateful for her dedication, her energy, and her ability to make everything come together perfectly. If you have the chance to work with her — do it. You will not regret it. To say the LEAST, SHE IS THAT GIRL!!!!
