I explained to Tracy Kemeter from MOBILE HOME FINANCING that my father is in hospice and we needed to close quickly. He did not keep us well informed he cared more about whether we needed the tools the previous owner left than us. He just told us to use common since when I asked him about switching the utilities. This day was supposed to be the happiest day for my parents that sold their house after 48 years. He made it a nightmare.
