  Tracy was honest and forthcoming during the entire process. He went out of his way to answer all questions and helped us with any problems we had. The whole process was simple and done efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracy and would definitely do business with him again .

  My wife and I recently purchased our first home, last week to be exact. Being first time home buyers I really didn't know what to expect. All i did know was that there would be lots of paperwork and probably someone who really was in it for themselves and not focused on our concerns/questions.. I was wrong. We showed up for our appointment which was scheduled at our convenience. Tracy right out the gate was upbeat, lively, and easy going. Literally within the first minute we felt like we have known this guy for quite some time. Hes really a down to earth kind of guy and has an extenssive knowledge of mobile homes. He's the kind of person who truly enjoys his job. During our meeting I had mentioned two concerns with our to be new home. Tracy was understanding, sensible, and straightforward. He did not hesitate when it came to taking action to put my troubles at ease. We are already moved into our new home and truly love it. It was a great experience. Thanks Tracy! Also I would like to mention his assistant... unfortunatly I do not remember her name, I apologize. We first met with her. She was very polite, very likeable, and a great conversation starter.   You want a tell it as it is up front guy who knows all the in's and outs in mobile home's sales and financing, Tracy is for you. I have bought homes and sold homes thru Tracy for more then a decade now and he always gets the job done in a professional manner. Thanks Tracy, keep up the great work, recommend him to everyone.
