  I moved to Terrene at the Grove in May 2025 and wanted to live here for at least six months before writing an official review. When we were searching for options for our out-of-state move, Terrene at the Grove was our top choice, and we were thrilled to see a 2x2 available just in time for our transition for work. The application process had a minor hiccup—the system didn’t send the application to my co-tenant, which held things up—but Sandra was incredibly helpful and ensured our move went seamlessly. Living here has been peaceful, quiet, and clean. Whenever we’ve had any issues, the maintenance team has responded lightning fast. The amenities are fantastic—I especially love the gym, and the Amazon lockers make picking up packages convenient at any hour. The apartments are centrally located, with easy access to both highway entrances, which makes commuting simple. The only challenge is parking. If you have more than one car or need reliable parking, I recommend applying for a carport or garage early. Uncovered parking is the default, so if you work a typical 9–5 schedule, it can be tricky to find a spot between 5 pm and 8 am. I wish I could blame this for my bad DoorDash habit, but I have no one to blame but myself! Overall, we’ve really enjoyed living here and are happy to call Terrene at the Grove home.

  We are moving into Terrene this month and have been working with McKenna for all of our touring, paperwork, and anything else we have needed assistance with. She has been amazing in helping us every step of the way and has made this process go so smoothly! Can’t thank her enough!

  Makenna made the leasing process so easy and was so willing to communicate (even when I called a bunch of different times with different questions 😅). We loved working with her, and are looking forward to our new home!

  The whole Terrene team is amazing. Peyton is a great maintenance manager. Wade has done most of our work order and is not only fast, but does a great job. Rest of maintenance is wonderful as well. Sandra in the office treats us like family. McKenna has been so helpful and kind. We are very thankful we live here!

  My partner and I just recently moved in about three weeks ago and so far have had a great experience living here, thanks to the wonderful staff, as well as the quality of the apartments and landscaping. Like another poster previously mentioned, McKenna, Sandra, and Corianna in property management are always friendly, professional, and quick to help. The maintenance team--Wade, Austin, and Peyton--all handle requests quickly and get the job done right. Their reliability and positive attitudes make this a fantastic place to call home. We'd also like to give a special shout out to McKenna, who has patiently answered all of our questions and concerns, but especially for making our move in as seamless as possible. Thank you McKenna! I highly recommend Terrene at the Grove for those looking for a kind and caring staff, as well as a wonderful living experience.
