  Update: so apparently you can't have your own car in your car spot for more than 72 hours? So I guess if you have a 3- day off plus a sick day from work you still get a tow sticker. Also they are very picky with how things are, a car can't have expired sticker or a flat tire. Even if your gonna fix it the next day, they'll still place a tow sticker on your car (which are hard to take off). Also, there was one black car for a month but for some reason they never put a tow sticker on even though they claim they have. We are constantly outside (dogs) and I have never seen a tow sticker on there. It's like they pick and choose. Another thing, maintenence guy gets no hint about leaving the office, because when talking to the manager he just stays there listening. Maintenance guys were so rude in the parking lot, kicking guests out of a parking spot (that nobody owns at the moment but everybody tends to park in anyway) that was only parked for a moment to wait for someone and feeling entitled to yell at them to get out. This has happened 2x now! And everytime I schedule a SPECIFIC time and date, maintenence always feels the need to only go when THEY feel like it instead. Which is frustrating because I'm not gonna always be home when they feel like it. Very unprofessional 🙄. Also for the past few months now I've been noticing teenagers smoking near the garages so much it gets so strong and unbearable to be in the garage; no one seems to be stopping this behavior.

  I've been living here for over 3 years and unfortunately the rent increases yearly it quickly becomes unaffordable. However, the management has nothing to do with those, it comes from the owners directly. I must say that when maintenance was requested it was usually taken care of promptly. Kayden, the office manager, has been nothing but kind and more than understanding of situations that are out of our control. The new management has put in some long, hard hours of work to bring this place back up to standard after the previous management team dropping the ball repeatedly. Try to keep that part in mind, they are simply fixing the problems caused by prior management. The new maintenance guy, Jacob, is relatable and prompt. If the rent wasn't so high, I would totally stay here. I would highly recommend them as a safe, quite (most of the time, depending on your neighbors, some of them can be very, very loud) neighborhood. Thank you for your hospitality, Kayden!
