- LMLori Mitchell2 days ago5.0I absolutely loved living at Hathaway Court Apartments. I lived there for 5 years. Sadly, due to my job, I had to move. The apartment layouts are very spacious, the master bedroom walk-in closet is fantastic (in the 3 BR unit). Very convenient with the washer/dryer in the unit with cupboards for storage. The office staff is very friendly and quick with requests, very good with communication. The maintenance crew is the best!! One of the only apartment communities with maintenance working on weekends, also very convenient. What I miss most about Hathaway is the walking paths throughout the complex. Great for walking my dogs, well lit at night. There’s also the on-site park which is great!! I highly recommend Hathaway Court Apartments.
- KCKaitlin CorleyAug 7, 20251.0Do not rent here. There is dog feces and cigarette butts ALL OVER the property. So much so that I can’t even let my daughter walk around the grounds. Even at the little park on the property. Once our lease is up we are out of here. For how much rent is you think they could make the property safer for children without worrying about a toddler picking up poop or a cigarette butt which she picked up recently when going for a walk. I’m done. I even addressed the poop issue multiple times to the office.
- CMC MAug 1, 20234.0If I could afford to renew my lease in the 1 bed 1 bath unit, I would have never left. Only complaint I had is one of my bedroom windows didn't shut properly which caused mold in the sill. I notified maintenance but they only cleaned up the mold and blamed me, never fixed the window. Besides that, the staff was polite and helpful, was able to remove a co-tenant from my lease quickly. The complex was clean and organized, well taken care of. My unit was in a quiet spot, really felt like home. I really miss having two windows and a big mirrored closet in my bedroom.
