  I called White City and got directed to a salesman named Mike. I started off by telling him I had already done my research on floor plan, site prep, contractors, etc was ready to discuss final price estimates and financing options to be in a house within 6 months. He wouldn’t give me straight answers or more details on any pricing and insisted he send me an email with more information. He sent me an email with a financing application and nothing else. I called him back to ask for more details and prices on additions, upgrades, delivery and he insisted they don’t give that information until a financing application was filled out. Mike tried to pressure me into just applying for financing with no detailed information on a home at all and when I told him I wasn’t going to do that without more specifics he said he “didn’t have time to sit on the phone for a couple hours” and give me the information I wanted. I told him I would take my business elsewhere and I will not be working with this team again.

  We purchased a home to replace our old, tired single wide. The team at Clayton Homes were easy to deal with and helped us along the way. Our salesman, Seth, is professional and honest. The entire team was helpful and responsive. We have no regrets and are convinced that we bought the best home we could. We would do it all over again.
