  I had an issue with my hot water heater. The PropM representative Hash was extremely helpful and professional. The Repair services came out and fixed it quickly. Hash followed up with a call to confirm my maintenance was completed. Very professional service.

  Prop M has been managing one of my properties in Portland, Oregon for about 6 years now, and they’ve done an amazing job.   Don’t ever rent from this company, they take over a month or two to even fix work orders. Make sure you document everything, because they will say it never was. Will charge you for their own appliance to fix after you move out.

  If PropM responds to this review and denies anything I say, I will update the review with proof they are lying. I keep receipts. - In the 6 years I've rented from them, the majority of the emails I've sent them have gone unanswered. When I bring this up to them, they deny it, and at one point attempted to gaslight me. - The building I live in has been neglected for way too long and it is now causing severe water damage issues that I have to pay out of my own pocket to help fix. I'm literally having to pay for PropM's negligence. It's so bad that the owners are having a third party restoration company relocate us for a few weeks to replace the ceiling in our unit. All of this was avoidable if they were maintaining the building properly over the years. - The building hasn't had a fire inspection in over 22 years and it's painfully obvious. So I guess it's on me to notify the city and fire marshal's office. - There is major construction getting done on the roof right now and absolutely nobody notified any of the tenants. The work shakes the whole building all day and the workers are taking up the entire parking lot. When I asked why we weren't notified, PropM immediately threw the owners under the bus. Go read other reviews and see how often PropM responds with some excuse about a breakdown in communication between them and the owners. That should be a major red flag for prospective renters, even if PropM won't take any accountability. - One time the maintenance guys they sent out took my personal broom from my apartment to clean the roof and gutters and I had to make them go buy me a new one. Another time, a maintenance guy came by to patch a hole in the wall (from a previous repair job involving the reinstallation of an oven PropM improperly installed and nearly caught the apartment on fire) and he bragged to me that he had never patched a wall before. That job is still unfinished 2 years later. - Either PropM or the building owners owe me money. They know they owe me money, so I'm not going to elaborate. I promise I'm not dropping this until I get what is rightfully mine. I came to you in writing with an alternative solution that makes sense for everyone involved. Someone needs to get back to me ASAP or I'm escalating it. - PropM directly asked me for a 5 star Google review and when I responded back with the issues I've had to put up with, they replied with, "no need to leave a review." The audacity... Not once have I ever seen PropM take accountability for anything. That's not an exaggeration.
