  Do not rent from them and if you do discount your deposit from your last month’s rent, my daughter and I lived there only for a year we left the place spotless. They hire cleaners to go in there and take pictures when they themselves haven’t even seen the apartment they solely rely on someone taking pictures in which they will take a pic of a crumb so that they can discount the cleaning from your deposit I am fighting with them now and will be taking them to small claims court because according to the Oregon state law for renters deposits, this is illegal. The prop mgr is lying and took most of my deposit. The cleaners also stated they cleaned appliances that weren’t even in the unit, not credible. Make sure to take pictures before you leave and do so an exit walk through with them!

  Mitch was fantastic!!! Very professional, friendly and did the best job ever than last repair in the area. Much more respectful and better work than the last maintenance person.
