  So fan the experience has been amazing, outstanding customer service at the front desk by Robert. And an incredible fast response from. The FMT team to solve the issues presented. The grounds are well preserved. And common areas remain pristine..

  Timbers management hides, and will it I erect to resolve issues. Sadly this is common in the industry. They will not provide paperwork associated with the lease when asked countless time. Our family member has co-signed a home which has gone bad. Timbers has repeatedly failed to act and to inform the co-signer . They refuse to provide copies of the lease or guarantee agreement. We doubt they even have it. Management refuses to get on the phone and has leasing staff deliver messages. Fairly typical industry incompetence.

  The tour felt rushed and careless, like they didn’t value my time at all. If you’re expecting professionalism or clear communication, this is not the place. Never coming back !!!!!

  This is the absolute worst apartment complex that I've ever dealt with. They will charge you with bogus move out charges and then send them to collection with no warning. Attempting to communicate with them to resolve the charges is an even more frustrating experience. Trying to contact the communicate manager Jordyn is a nightmare. She took 22 days to respond to an email requesting legally required receipts/invoices for the charges. During that time our charges were sent to a collection agency with no warning or attempt to contact us. Once finally receiving an email back, she still did not provide the legal documentation to backup their charges. Even after all this, I politely asked for the documentation again over email. It's been ten days now and again, no response. This is bordering on criminal behavior and it's clear that they will try and rip you off. Read other reviews saying the same thing about terrible move out charges. Stay far away from this apartment complex and don't even consider living here unless you want to deal with predatory charges and unprofessional employees. Edit: You claim that you touched base but you still have not done anything. On February 23rd, Victoria, your regional property manager claimed that she would provide all requested documents and a breakdown of the fees. It's March 23rd and we haven't received a single communication since then. I even reached back out to Victoria asking for an update and am apparently being ignored. What you are doing is illegal and if this is not resolved immediately then I will pursue legal action against your company.
